From getting enough sleep to washing your face (even if you haven’t worn makeup in months), making sure you keep a routine of caring for yourself — mind, body, and soul — is important now, maybe more than ever! So, before you’re tempted to push your skincare to the lowest task on your priority list, we’re giving you some tips on how to make sure you take care of your skin, even on the days you’d rather not.
What a sensitive and curious time we’re in. We have been swiftly and abruptly thrusted into a new normal — one spearheaded by the pandemic Coronavirus. While the nation, and the world, adjusts to this (temporary) new way of life that includes a heightened sense of hygiene (including making sure we know how to wash our hands properly!), sanitizing, awareness, protecting the elderly and other vulnerable people in our communities, and everything in-between, we have been instructed to take part in a way of life that is designed to eliminate the virus, and its threat to people all around the globe.
