It's important to us that you love your purchase. If you don't love your Ellie purchase for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days of your order. The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that we are unable to accept partial returns of our "collections", nor can we provide partial refunds. In order to receive a full refund, you must return the complete outfit back to us.
Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow two weeks for your return package to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse. Refunds to credit cards will appear within one billing statement.
3-month subscribers will receive a credit for a box on their prepaid subscription plan as we do not issue refunds on prepaid boxes.
Please note: All sale items, water bottles, undergarments, and headwear are final sale.

Exchanges are only done for a different size. If you are interested in making an exchange please email returns@ellie.com with the item you are looking to exchange and the new size you are requesting and they will be more than happy to walk you through the process.
