An Outdoor Workout You Can Do Anywhere There's A Bench

No gym? No problem! You don't need a gym membership to get into fantastic shape; and there's no need to limit your outdoor workouts to only cardio. Have some fun in the sun while fitting in a effective strength training routine.

Only equipment needed is a bench.

Give the workout below a try in addition to your outdoor cardio or as a stand-alone strength training session. 

How to do this workout:

  • Plank - 3 sets, 30 reps
  • Seated Ab Crunch - 3 sets, 25 reps
  • Push Ups - 3 sets, 20 reps
  • Tricep Dips - 3 sets, 20 reps
  • One Leg Lunge - 3 sets, 25 reps (each leg)
