Sculpting Band Workout with Nicole Rush

This workout can be done almost anywhere. You'll need a sculpting band and a sturdy, solid object (like a tree or a secure post) to wrap the band around for some exercises.

Sculpting Band Workout

  • Jumping Squat - 30 seconds - 3 sets
  • Row - 30 seconds - 3 sets
  • Core Twist - 30 seconds - 3 sets
  • Resistant Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds - 3 sets
  • Plank Tap Outs - 30 seconds - 3 sets
  • Bicep Curls - 16 reps - 3 sets
  • Lateral Raises - 16 reps - 3 sets
