Introducing, Smoothie Bowl! Your newest summer obsession. It's refreshing, light, substantial, and makes for a deliciously quick breakfast or healthy snack.

Introducing, Smoothie Bowl! A quick and easy vegan recipe.

First, grab your blender and blend together the following ingredients until you receive a smooth/thick consistency:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 1/2 grapefruit

Next, pour into a bowl and top it off with the following:

  • chia seeds
  • shredded coconut
  • fresh blueberries
  • fresh raspberries
  • almonds
