- Mountain Climbers - 20X for 3 Reps
- Pike Up - 8X for 3 Reps
- Plank Tuck - 20X for 3 Reps
- Plank Wide Out - 10X on each side for 3 Reps
- Arm Slide Out - 8X on each side for 3 Reps
- Side Lunge - 8X on each side for 3 Reps
