Gliding Core Disc Workout with Nicole Rush

Our fave trainer, Nicole Rush from SexyFit, shows us how to use the Gliding Core Discs included in the March 5 item collection. 

This workout can be done anywhere! Take your core discs home, to the gym, or even outside at your local park.

  • Mountain Climbers - 20X for 3 Reps 
  • Pike Up - 8X for 3 Reps
  • Plank Tuck - 20X for 3 Reps
  • Plank Wide Out - 10X on each side for 3 Reps 
  • Arm Slide Out  - 8X on each side for 3 Reps
  • Side Lunge -  8X on each side for 3 Reps
