Workout Warriors Unite | Get Fit with Kenzie

Get Body By K’s Kenzie is an entrepreneur who’s passionate about all things health and fitness, and loves to empower women. She’s bringing us a Fit Friday workout challenge, but first, we had some questions for her!

ELLIE:  What do you eat for breakfast?

KENZIE:  An egg white omelette with bell peppers, red onion, spinach, and avocado or boiled eggs.

ELLIE:  What is your favorite cheat meal?

KENZIE:  SWEETS! Anything that is sweet, especially chocolate! My cheat meal is definitely fried catfish and potato salad.

ELLIE:  How do you stay balanced?

KENZIE:  I stay balanced by writing out my intentions, mapping out times in my day to dedicate to certain things, and setting reminders in my phone to take my vitamins and workout.
