Around the Blend | 3 Smoothie Recipes to Enjoy

Starting the new year off on the right foot is something we all tend to aspire to. At the start of the year, and all throughout January, we promise ourselves a healthier lifestyle — we’re going to eat better, exercise, stop procrastinating, and make sure we maintain ourselves as a priority — but what are the ways we are preparing to make these new changes stick? In one of our most  recent  blogs, we talked about how to stay on top of your fitness goals and routines, without falling off the wagon. We’d like to see the same discipline when it’s applied to what you’re feeding your body! One of the (fun!) ways to introduce a healthier blend of nutrients to your body, is to get into the practice of making smoothies! With veggies, good protein, and so many other healthy foods to choose from, the beauty of the smoothie is that you can custom-make it to your liking. With allergies, weight-loss goals, pre-existing conditions, and a host of other reasons, creating a healthy smoothie is not as complicated as you may think! Here, we’re sharing three fun recipes for smoothies you’ll love! All you have to do is combine the ingredients in a blender, blend, serve, and enjoy!
