Within the contiguous United States, orders totaling $100 or more (including taxes) ship for free via standard shipping. For all orders totaling less than $100 (including taxes), and shipped to an address within the contiguous United States, a flat-rate shipping charge of $7.95 will be applied. Estimated standard shipping time is 4-7 business days after your order is processed. Full tracking id information is provided via confirmation email. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Ellie cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or APO / FPO addresses

Standard shipping is available to US APO/FPO addresses for $7.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 9-11 to business days. Packages to APO/FPO addresses typically ship via USPS priority mail. Ellie reserves the right to select the best possible carrier for these shipments.

Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for $11.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 7-9 business days. Packages ship via FedEx in partnership with USPS. Ellie reserves the right to select the best possible carrier for these shipments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns on Ellie are easy!

At Ellie we accept return/ exchange requests on any new, unused, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed merchandise from us that you are not fully satisfied with. Return or Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original order date and care labels must still be attached to the products.
We want to make the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible! Please follow the steps below that best suit your request!

Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with any merchandise ordered through the Site for any reason, you may send it back for an exchange for like-merchandise free of charge. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability of items in all sizes or colors but we will do our best to complete your exchange request as specified. Exchanges of merchandise are allowed once per unique order. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive in exchange for your original order, you may return this merchandise for store credit towards a future purchase.

At Ellie we accept returns of new, unused, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed items only, within 30 days of the original order ship date. Returns are subject to a $7.95 per order restocking fee. Returns will be processed for store credit on Ellie.com net of the restocking fee, unless the customer requests a refund. Refunds will be processed net of the restocking fee. Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment. Store Credits or Refunds are processed net of any coupons/discount codes used in the original purchase.
You will be notified via email once your return package has been processed by our Returns department!

For AK, HI, or APO/FPO Addresses

At this time, we cannot provide return shipping labels to orders delivered outside the contiguous United States or to APO / FPO addresses, and recommend using a local shipping carrier. For exchanges sent back out to these addresses, a $7.95 per order shipping and handling fee applies. For returns from these addresses, a $7.95 restocking fee applies.

Non-returnable items

Accessories are not returnable. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Final sale merchandise is also not returnable or exchangeable. Ellie reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.

Disclaimer

There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather conditions. Replacement of products and store credit to your account for merchandise claimed shipped but not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in removal of the FFC Membership and the cancellation of your account. The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
